One Door Property Management is owned and operated by Christopher Reap, and Holly Svendsen. One Door has been in operation for just over fifteen years and currently manages upwards of 350 million dollars in privately owned real estate.
Christopher has over 18 years of property management experience in Telluride and 27 years experience in the hospitality industry. Holly has been in the property management, hospitality, travel and tourism industry at a global level for over 25 years.
