One Door Property Management is owned and operated by Christopher Reap, and Holly Svendsen. One Door has been in operation for just over fifteen years and currently manages upwards of 200 million dollars in privately owned real estate. Christopher has over 15 years of property management experience in Telluride and 27 years experience in the hospitality industry. Holly has been in the property management, hospitality, travel and tourism industry at a global level for over 25 years.

One Door Property Management offers a boutique level of service with a variety of knowledge and expertise in property management. Custom services are performed with pro-active measures, attention to detail and sense of urgency, with safety, comfort and maximum accessibility in mind. All of which are executed with a hospitable approach and forward thinking.
